Compared to the standard manufacturing process between CNC machining and Fully Forged (FF) techniques, material flow stress in CNC machining is highly dispersive, easily creating potential weak points. By using our advanced FF Technique, material flow stress is extensively retained throughout the bolt structure.

The BST-TI 64Ti bolt is fully forged in one solid piece from socket to body, keeping the internal material flow stress complete rather than cutting through lines.
Unlike standard market titanium bolts made with rough CNC surfaces that can seize during assembly, our threads are fully hot/cold forged. This makes the surface exceptionally smooth and prevents thread galling or getting stuck.
Our refined forging technique guarantees enhanced stability, pushing tensile strength to Grade 10.9, significantly outperforming standard CNC cutting (Grade 7-8).
