BST-TI Bolts Fully Forged Technique
Compared to standard CNC machining, the material flow stress in CNC components is highly dispersive, easily creating weak points. With our Fully Forged (FF) technique, the material flow stress is extensively retained throughout the structure.
The BST-TI Fully Forged 64Ti bolt is entirely forged in one piece from socket to body, keeping the internal grain structure intact rather than cutting through it.
Unlike standard CNC threads with rough surfaces prone to seizing, our threads are fully forged. This provides a tough, smooth finish that prevents sticking and elevates tensile strength to Grade 10.9—significantly higher than standard CNC cutting (Grade 7-8).
