The BST-TI Fully Forged 64Ti bolt is forged as a single piece from socket to body, keeping internal material flow stress completely intact rather than cutting through lines.
CNC machined surfaces can be rough and prone to galling or getting stuck in mounting points. Unlike standard titanium bolts on the market, our threads are manufactured via advanced thread forging. This ensures a tough, smooth surface while completely preventing thread seizing.
